what happens when we lose connection? when emails can't be delivered, accounts get deleted, web topographies collapse? over time, every datacenter turns into a graveyard of lost connections. outside of these cathedrals of the network, the decay and (bit)rot starts right at home. our walls and streets entomb dozens of dead and disconnected telecommunications arteries, the dark copper of past communication networks that runs through the bodies of our cities and houses. 'ghost signals' is a speculative attempt to commune with the spirits of connections long cut, using disconnected technology and collected memories.
